Claudia wrote a book called out of many one family:  HoW TWO ADULTS CLAIMED TWELVE CHILDREN THROUGH ADOPTION.

Matt wrote a book called Hattie’s Advocate.:  Adopting a family through foster care.

Matt e-mailed claudia and said, “I like your book! I wrote one too.”

Claudia Wrote Matt Back.  She bought his book.  It made her laugh on every page.  She liked it.  

She wrote matt again and said, “I LIKE Your book!  WE should write one together.”

Matt Said “OK.”

The book is Different than anything you’ve ever read about adoption.  It is Laugh out loud funny.  It is lighthearted at some points.  It is EVEN somewhat inappropriate because even though Claudia tried her best, matt could not be censored.

In our book we have given the reader twelve of our best parenting “Secrets” as we have applied them in our respective situations -- working with kids who have a history of abuse and neglect, mental issues, and other kinds of serious stuff.  The principles are important, timely, and they work, but the book is also FUN.
